.274-25-84-95-26 in 541 AB. Hello Number 2. Ian Kinlser has been the mini-me to Chase Utley and his dominance at the keystone over the past couple years. Kinsler is a Fantasy 40/40 type of player – combining power and speed. As the only 30/30 member in ‘09, this Texas Ranger plays in a small, hitter-friendly ballpark and is in a young and talented lineup. Skill was never the question with Kinsler as he has been unable to sustain a full year of plate appearances due to injury, strains or bruises. This may be the year he finally moves past Utley in the rankings – I say at least 2011. Take Kinsler after Utley is gone on draft day, somewhere in the 2nd or early 3rd round.
