2010 PROJECTIONS & OUTLOOK:
.286-25-92-83-4 in 557 AB. Ethier had a bust-out season in ‘09 posting career highs in HR, RBI and RUNS. He took a dip in average, but that’s expected with the power increase. Personally, I think Ethier found the confidence upon Manny’s arrival in late ‘08, listening, learning and thriving in Mannywood. Since that point, Ethier has been raking and has improved in each of the last 3 years in those categories – HR, RBI and RUNS. A great trend to follow on the up and up; I’ll be taking the former SunDevil in the 4th round with the other tier 3 OF like Markakis, Lind, BJ Upton and Jayson Werth.
